What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger – and an ambitious entrepreneur. David Castain II, a Howard University senior from Pomona, California, allowed his past to fuel his bright future. During his college tenure Castain managed to create his own consulting business, David Castain & Associates, while simultaneously serving as a Resident Assistant, maintaining good grades, possessing membership in various college organizations.
Shortly after beginning his freshman year, Castain began to dabble in the party promoting business. It was not long before his name became one of the biggest contenders. Instead of always looking to get paid for his work, he was more focused on building his personal brand and increasing his human capitol. It was not long before companies began to take notice of him enabling him to become a social engineer.
His new business ventures include Cort Furniture and graduate school at Georgetown. His former clients include but are not limited to Black Entertainment Television Network, Howard University, Grey Goose, One City, Tweets Sweets, The Fillmore, The 135th Street Agency, VIP Outdoor, Always There Medical Care, and Blessed Tattoos.
In the future the world can look out for the expansion of David Castain & Associates. The world can also look out for Castain’s organization, geared toward helping youth become knowledgeable about the importance of education.
